The herbs in this mix have been traditionally used topically to lubricate joints, restore and extend flexibility, renew elasticity while lengthening and strengthening tendons. It includes:- Arnica, Comfrey, Linseed Oil, White Willow, Wintergreen Oil and Rescue Remedy.
