Blood Work shows Lower Cholesterol!
Eighteen months ago, my total cholesterol was 238 and LDL was 156. I have been on this mix for about six months and my total cholesterol is 205 and LDL is 133. I began taking it because my primary had seen a pattern over the last five years of a steady increase in my cholesterol numbers and wanted to put me on a prescription. I asked him to let me work on my diet and exercise first, which I have improved, but to be honest....only slightly. I am also only taking the mix once per day and not twice per day as I should be. Going to start taking it twice a day and looking forward (instead of dreading) my next annual exam and blood work. Great big Thank You to McDowell Herbal!
